Electronic Attestation of Invoices of Imported Goods


The MOFAIC has launched smart registration forms for companies and individuals in line with its sustained commitment to enhancing the services for the private sector, public relation companies and other institutions.

To ease the manual attestation process and implement standardization, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation (MOFAIC) has determined a consolidated procedure for attestation of invoices of goods imported into the U.A.E. In order to attest the documents electronically, an individual or a company shall log in to the portal and submit all the original documents and invoices that are required to be attested. The MOFAIC shall verify the same and send a notification to the registered email address. After the completion of the process and payment made, the User shall receive a reference number and transaction details through an SMS and email.
