Check List of Legal Documents

The following documents are required from the applicant before an Incorporation Certificate is obtained. They will need to be Notarised and/or Legalised (as indicated).

1.
Application Form (as attached)  
2.
Power of Attorney authorizing Motei & Associates to represent incorporators before local authorities (optional) (sample shall be provided)  
3.
Business Plan for Company
(Brief of the business activity to be carried out by the Company)
 
If the Applicant is an Individual:
4.
Details of Shareholder(s):
  1. Detailed resume/profile setting out the personal details.
  2. Valid Passport copy (clear and legible)*
  3. Original Bank Reference Letter (sample shall be provided).
  4. Proof of Residence (Utility bills, bank statements, credit cards statements). Address must be stated in details.

Valid Passport copy of Director(s) and Secretary (clear and legible).*  
If the Applicant is a Corporate Person:

Details of Shareholder(s):
  1. A copy of the Certificate of Registration of the Company**
  2. A copy of the Certificate of Good Standing of the Company**
  3. A copy of the Memorandum and Articles of Association along with a list of current Directors**
  4. Board of Directors Resolution of the Company calling for the establishment of the Offshore Company and appointing the Director(s) and the Secretary, if required**
 
5.
Valid Passport copy of Director(s) and Secretary (clear and legible)*  

* Document to be certified as true copy of the original by a bank, Law/Audit firm or other    government authority.
* Document to be legalized up to the UAE Consulate in the Country of issue
NOTES:
  1. All Legal documents that are more than one page, need to be sealed.
  2. All legal documents must be either in Arabic or English. Documents in any other languages must be accompanied by a certified English or Arabic translation.
  3. Motei & Associates reserves the right to request additional documents as required by the local authorities.
